Gaining critical certifications can be a make-or-break event for many companies. Please join leaders from the Montrose Group, LLC and leaders from Ohio Department of Development for a Montrose Fellows Fund Business Bootcamp: Procurement webinar. Minority owned, women-owned, small and disadvantaged businesses have tremendous opportunity to grow through the different certification programs that enable them to compete for government contracting. The session will cover:  using your certifications to bid in for OFCC & Ohio Buys opportunities, learn how to bid for and win state contracts for open solicitations and set-aside projects, explore how to expand opportunities using your government contracts, and learn how to tap into private sector opportunities. The Montrose Group, LLC is a Columbus, Ohio-based national economic development and public policy consulting firm that formed the Montrose Fellows Fund, a not-for-profit, donor-advised fund, to address economic opportunity. The Montrose Fellows Fund is hosting a Business Development Bootcamp in partnership with the Ohio Department of Development Minority Business Development Division to support the success of Ohio minority, women, veteran, and disadvantaged businesses through a cohort model framework of monthly interactive sessions on company formation, financing, marketing, business development, and other operational needs followed up by a final reception to celebrate the knowledge gained through the program.
