Dave Robinson, Principal, and Founder, Montrose, LLC

Dave founded The Montrose Group in 2009 after 10 years managing practice groups in large law firms; serving as a member of the Ohio House of Representatives; and working as the Economic Development Director of Ameritech Ohio, Press Secretary for Columbus Mayor Greg Lashutka, and general counsel of the Ohio Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Robinson is the co-author of over 50 strategic economic development plans. Today, he brings his clients more than 30 years of experience in economic development and lobbying, and he has negotiated $220M in local, state, and federal financing for economic development projects.

Nate Green, Partner and Director of Economic Development

Nate has over 21 years of economic development experience and provides economic development services, site selection, economic incentives, financial advisory, and infrastructure finance services to communities, companies, developers, and organizations. His background includes roles as an investment banker and leader at JobsOhio, the Ohio Department of Development, and the Cleveland Port Authority. Today, Green serves as an economic development advisor to a dozen local communities. He has co-authored over 50 economic development strategic plans and advocates for land use entitlements and economic development incentives. 

Timothy L. Biggam, II, Director of Government Relations

Tim brings more than a decade of service in state government when he lobbies for clients before local, state, and federal government officials. His background includes serving as Ohio Governor John Kasich’s Legislative Director (the Governor’s top lobbyist) and working on Governor Kasich’s national Presidential campaign. His current procurement clients include a global business consulting firm, an engineering firm, and a computer software firm. He represents health care, a community college, a charter school management company, the Ohio Municipal League, a county transportation improvement district, multiple local governments, and other clients before the Ohio General Assembly.

Wade Williams, Director, Corporate Site Selection Services

Wade Williams provides economic development consulting and corporate site location services to companies and communities based on his 20 years of experience. Before joining The Montrose Group, Wade founded the Economic Development Group, a regional economic development consulting firm. His background includes serving as Vice President of Business Development at REDI Cincinnati, where he oversaw targeted attraction efforts domestically and internationally. He also spent a decade in a COO capacity with NKY Tri-ED, a three-county EDO in the Cincinnati region.

Harrison Crume, Manager of Economic Development

Harrison assists clients with economic development research and planning, including economic impact statements, housing market studies, industrial site development, Transformational Mixed Use District programs, Downtown Redevelopment District plans, corporate site location analysis, and co-authored over a dozen economic development plans. He specializes in housing development projects and is very engaged in managing economic development projects for a range of public and private sector clients, including conducting the research and listening aspects of comprehensive ED Incentive Plans and housing studies.

Ryan Scribner, Director of Economic Development

Ryan brings 20 years of economic development service to clients at The Montrose Group where he provides corporate site location, economic development advisory, and planning services to companies and communities. Previously, he led the regional economic development organization for Pickaway County, Ohio; served as Pickaway County Administrator; and worked with the Ohio Board of Regents and Ohio General Assembly. He has successfully negotiated over $2 billion in large-scale industrial projects, created a respected workforce development program, guided community economic development planning for cities, counties, and townships, and supported Joint Economic Development Districts, port authorities, and Transportation Improvement Districts.
