After successfully advocating for the development of a Public-Private-Partnership on behalf of Kansas City based industrial developer NorthPoint Development, Montrose Group was proud to participate in the groundbreaking for the Toledo Trade Center. The Ohio Department of Development provided a $9.9 M Ohio Brownfield Redevelopment Grant that enabled the former NorthTowne Mall site in North Toledo to be redeveloped into a job producing industrial park. Dave Robinson and Jamie Beier Grant of Montrose Group always enjoy a good groundbreaking and were excited to celebrate with the City of Toledo, Ohio Department of Development Director Lydia Mihalik, Toledo Mayor Wade Kapszukiewicz, Toledo Lucas County Port Authority Director Thomas Winston and Marc Werner and others from NorthPoint Development.
